To get started in the process, you’ll first need to complete the request information form or give us a call. We’ll answer any questions you might have, and you’ll get to meet with your Regional Vice President. We’ll have you complete your personal profile to give us more information about you, your business background, financial capabilities, and more.
Once you’ve had the chance to see if the business model makes sense for you, we’ll provide you with our franchise disclosure document (FDD). This important document will provide you with in-depth information about our company and business. Select candidates will spend a day meeting our Executive Team before you sign a franchise agreement. Once your franchise is awarded, you’ll spend two weeks attending our world-class training program, where you’ll learn everything you need to know about running your business.
After initial training and meeting the requirements for real estate licensing, you’ll receive start-up support from a corporate representative who will mentor you as you learn the ropes. Additionally, you’ll receive results-driven marketing support with our ongoing national marketing campaign and ongoing support in the form of continuous training, marketing support, and notifications regarding industry changes.
